I went to watch an opera today and went to a restaurant afterwards. I hadn’t planned on going out to eat and even if I had I try not to even think of calorie counting when I go out, so I have no idea what I came out to today. What I did eat for dinner was 1/3 of a baked rainbow trout fillet, 2 pieces of falafel with hummus, a pita, some steamed veggies, and half a house salad. I felt so stuffed by the end, which is really weird for me because I can remember when I was capable of eating that and still wanting more.
